The author Sh. Sanjay Aggarwal is a practicing Kriya Yogi. Maharishi Patanjali is the father of Yoga. His commentary on Yoga is popularly known as Patanjali Yoga Sutras. Patanjali Yoga Sutras are divided into four parts. The first part is the Samadhi Pada. In this pada, he has gone starting from the very base of yoga to the highest state of nirvikalpa samadhi. The commentary by Sh. Sanjay Aggarwal is a deep narration on each sutra of samadhi pada bringing out many hidden pointers which help in the sadhana (meditation) of a practising devotee while guiding and inspiring the others to do sadhana (meditation).
